Hey PH! 👋 I'm Matěj, the solo maker behind Filvy.
I built this because I was building a house — and completely
lost track of everything. Invoices from contractors, inspection
certificates, warranty documents, permits… all scattered across
email, WhatsApp, and paper folders.
I'm not a technical person when it comes to construction. I just
wanted to ask simple questions like "how wide is my driveway?"
or "when is the next AC service due?" — without digging through
100 WhatsApp messages to find the answer.
I also kept missing payment deadlines and scheduled inspections
because there was no single place reminding me. A house has
dozens of these — and they creep up on you.
So I built Filvy: scan any document, get reminders before
deadlines hit, and just ask your vault anything in plain
language. No more ctrl+F across 6 different apps.
Privacy was non-negotiable for me — redaction happens on your
