I built this because I was building a house — and completely

certificates, warranty documents, permits… all scattered across
email, WhatsApp, and paper folders.
I'm not a technical person when it comes to construction. I just
wanted to ask simple questions like "how wide is my driveway?"

I also kept missing payment deadlines and scheduled inspections
because there was no single place reminding me. A house has
