We built ERP ID because most ERPs sold in Indonesia are either global products that ignore how local businesses actually operate, or legacy systems that need months of manual configuration before they're usable.
We wanted an ERP that ships ready for how Indonesian SMEs actually work — with industry-specific setups for retail, restaurants, construction, hotels, and manufacturing out of the box, and AI agents that handle the routine grind: reconciling invoices, forecasting demand, screening CVs, replying to customers on WhatsApp.
What surprised us most while building this was how much of the "manual work" in a typical Indonesian SME isn't really unique to their business — it's just work nobody had automated yet because off-the-shelf ERPs weren't built with local workflows (like WhatsApp-first customer service) in mind.
