We wanted an ERP that ships ready for how Indonesian SMEs actually work — with industry-specific setups for retail, restaurants, construction, hotels, and manufacturing out of the box, and AI agents that handle the routine grind: reconciling invoices, forecasting demand, screening CVs, replying to customers on WhatsApp. What surprised us most while building this was how much of the "manual work" in a typical Indonesian SME isn't really unique to their business — it's just work nobody had automated yet because off-the-shelf ERPs weren't built with local workflows (like WhatsApp-first customer service) in mind.
