I built Delprio because I kept hearing the same thing from gym owners and personal trainers: "I'm great at training people, but I'm terrible at following up with leads."
The numbers are brutal — 78% of leads sign up with whoever responds first, but the average gym takes 4+ hours to reply. By then, the lead's either found someone else or lost the motivation that made them reach out.
So I built a system that sends a personalized AI email to every new lead within about 60 seconds of them filling out a form. Not a template — it actually reads what they wrote and responds to it. If they don't book, it follows up automatically. The gym owner gets a dashboard showing every lead, their status, conversion rates, and a weekly summary.
For gyms with multiple trainers, the owner can assign leads to specific trainers from the dashboard. The system sends an introduction email from that trainer with their booking link, and BCCs the trainer so they can reply directly in the same thread.
