I built Clash after running multiple AI coding agents in parallel and repeatedly hitting the same problem: each agent works in its own git worktree, but has no idea what the other agents are changing.
By the time a merge conflict appears, a lot of work may already be done.
Clash detects those conflicts while the agents are still working. It runs locally, never modifies your repo, and can integrate directly with Claude Code to check for conflicts before edits happen.
It’s open source and still early, so I’d really appreciate feedback from anyone experimenting with parallel coding agents.
