Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built ChurnNote because most SaaS founders only notice churn after the revenue is already gone. A customer cancels, Stripe shows the lost MRR, and then… nothing. Maybe they left because of pricing. Maybe a feature was missing. Maybe onboarding was confusing. Maybe they had a bad experience. Maybe their card just failed. But most founders never get the real reason. ChurnNote is my attempt to fix that. It connects to Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, detects cancellations, sends a short plain-text email from your own domain, captures replies, categorizes churn reasons, and helps queue win-back follow-ups later when something actually changes. So instead of just tracking churn, you can close the loop: 1. Customer cancels 2. ChurnNote asks why 3. Their reply becomes structured insight 4. You fix the real issue 5. You follow up with the right customers later I also added failed payment recovery because involuntary churn is a big part of the problem for small SaaS teams. ChurnNote is built for indie SaaS founders and small teams who do not need a heavy customer success platform, but still want to understand why people leave and recover the right customers.
