Hi, my name is Paris, and I am the co-founder of Cascade. Between my co-founders/friends Stathis, Scott, and myself, we have decades of combined experience working with teams and large-scale projects. Interestingly, no matter the headcount, we’ve always faced the same problem again and again. Accessing and finding information is cumbersome, time-consuming, it affects our overall productivity and it does not scale well, if at all. Numerous times during the week, we reach out to colleagues for answers, breaking focus or losing time waiting for a response that will get us unblocked. Other times, you find yourself searching for the same documents repeatedly over the year to maybe help a customer. That is why we created Cascade. We all know each one loves using different sources to document, whether it's Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, and so on. We can't change that, everyone is unique in their own way. We also understand that companies use their preferred communication channels, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc. We can't change that either, and we didn’t want to create yet another chatbot interface. Cascade was designed with these two things in mind. We created a simple-to-use dashboard that allows users to connect sources and documents, and then connect Casc to their preferred communication channel. Once connected, you can ask away, it provides the sources used to answer your question, the links, and it gets better over time. Additionally, Cascade excels in identifying gaps in knowledge, spotting duplicate documentation, detecting PII data, reviewing queries to refine the knowledge shared, and leveraging analytics to continuously improve and scale an organization's knowledge base.

Big thank you to everyone for the kind words and the feedback! The next round of invitations to join our platform are already set, and you will receive an email to join Casc in the next couple days! Our application is in private mode at the moment, which means that it's completely free! Having said that, we promise that our early users will also receive certain perks as we get out of the private mode. The reason for it is because we want to have a productive relationship with anyone trusting our service early and build on top of your constructive feedback; first impression, features you'd need available, value added, new connectors and more. On top, it's one thing to define your data security and compliance practices, and another to demonstrate that you're following them, day-in and day-out. That's why we are currently being audited and working fast towards our SOC2 compliance, which we expect to be finalized in the coming weeks. Security is paramount for us and we work around the clock to make sure that everyone in the team is following the latest and greatest security standards. Best!
50% of my time as a product manager was spent sending people links to docs that had the answer to their questions. This tool will take out one of the most tedious tasks of my day. Can’t wait to use it!
The kind of product teams wish they have! Addressing a very critical problem indeed. Not sure if I can try this - since its dependent on my team's call. But I'd love it, if someone brings an efficient way to have Q&A with my notes across Apple Notes, files and Tana! Wishing you and your team all the best!
