I've spent 10 years in the corporate world. Early on, I was eager and ambitious — focused on climbing to Director or VP. But as I moved up, something shifted. I stopped being a person and became a "title." My skills were constantly questioned. When I applied to roles I was more than qualified for, I was met with silence or rejection, with no explanation why.

That experience revealed a deeper problem: job seekers are flying blind. You pour effort into applications with no real way to know how well you actually match, where the gaps are, or whether the posting itself is even clear about what it wants.

Career-University gives applicants that intelligence. It analyzes your profile against a job posting: not just skills alignment, but job description clarity, intentional keyword matching, and compensation gaps. The kind of insight that's always existed on the employer side but never been available to the person actually applying.

My goal is for Career-University to become the hiring intelligence layer that every job board is missing. For too long, job boards have been built to serve employers. It's time a product was designed with the applicant in mind first.
