I've spent a decade in the SaaS world, heading the commercial teams of fast-growing scale-ups like SEON or Testgorilla as VP Sales. I think dealing with website visitors is often a "blackbox" for companies, they're spending a lot of money to get visitors on the website, but you don't have a clue if they're ICP or they can only get in touch with you through forms or chatbots.I wanted to build a product which gives you a lot of data about your website visitor and if the visitor is a potential buyer you should be able to speak with them instantly, right on the website. With all the AI agents and chatbots out there, a real human video call is getting even more valuable.
Our inspiration behind Captiwate came from countless hours spent booking meetings manually, juggling different tools, and struggling to make sure we were engaging with the right leads at the right time.
