I built BotFast because I was drowning in WhatsApp. Client questions, scheduling back-and-forth, the same answers over and over - all while trying to actually run things. WhatsApp is where my customers live, but it doesn't scale.
So I made an AI assistant that connects to your WhatsApp account and replies on your behalf. It's not just a chatbot - it has memory, learns skills you teach it, and plugs into your whole Google Workspace. It can check your Calendar and book meetings, read and send Gmail, pull files from Drive, and handle clients in DMs and group chats without you lifting a finger.
The hardest part was making it feel like you and not a robot - getting the tone right, knowing when to stay quiet, and only acting on the right messages. That shaped a lot of how it works today.
