I built BotFast because I was drowning in WhatsApp. Client questions, scheduling back-and-forth, the same answers over and over - all while trying to actually run things. WhatsApp is where my customers live, but it doesn't scale.
So I made an AI assistant that connects to your WhatsApp account and replies on your behalf. The hardest part was making it feel like you and not a robot - getting the tone right, knowing when to stay quiet, and only acting on the right messages. That shaped a lot of how it works today.
