Bloom helps recruiters decide who to call and why by combining company data, hiring signals, CRM history, recruiter notes and agentic AI into the next best BD action.
Hey Product Hunt,
I’m Stuart, co-founder of Bloom AI.
Bloom helps recruitment agencies turn CRM data, market signals, and company intelligence into clearer business development priorities.
A lot of recruitment BD still starts with a list. Build a list, split it across the team, and tell recruiters to work through it. That creates activity, but it does not always create focus.
We built Bloom to help recruiters answer better questions:
Which companies are showing signs of demand?
Which accounts are worth prioritising today?
Where do we already have a warm route in?
What is the reason to contact them now?
Bloom connects to the tools recruiters already use and helps surface the companies, signals, and actions that are most likely to matter.
We are launching today to get feedback from recruiters, agency owners, and anyone who has had to do outbound BD from a cold list.
Would love to hear what you think, especially around how your team currently prioritises business development.
Finally tried Bloom this morning and the next best action feature actually felt useful, not just buzzwords. Loved how it pulled old recruiter notes into the suggestion so I wasn't starting from scratch.
Finally a tool that pulls together all the scattered signals on a prospect instead of making me dig through five tabs. The next best action suggestion actually felt useful, not generic.
How does Bloom handle data freshness when company info or hiring signals change quickly between syncs?
One thing that would make this way more useful for me is letting Bloom draft the actual outreach message in my own voice based on the signals it picks up, not just suggest who to call. Right now it looks like it tells me what to do but I still have to stare at a blank screen for ten minutes figuring out how to say it.
