Bloom

Turn recruitment data into clear BD priorities

Bloom helps recruiters decide who to call and why by combining company data, hiring signals, CRM history, recruiter notes and agentic AI into the next best BD action.

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt, I’m Stuart, co-founder of Bloom AI. Bloom helps recruitment agencies turn CRM data, market signals, and company intelligence into clearer business development priorities. A lot of recruitment BD still starts with a list. Build a list, split it across the team, and tell recruiters to work through it. That creates activity, but it does not always create focus. We built Bloom to help recruiters answer better questions: Which companies are showing signs of demand? Which accounts are worth prioritising today? Where do we already have a warm route in? What is the reason to contact them now? Bloom connects to the tools recruiters already use and helps surface the companies, signals, and actions that are most likely to matter. We are launching today to get feedback from recruiters, agency owners, and anyone who has had to do outbound BD from a cold list. Would love to hear what you think, especially around how your team currently prioritises business development.

Who hunted Bloom?

Bloom was hunted by Stuart Brooke. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
