We’ve overhauled the algorithm and you’ll find that it’s way more accurate, especially at early stage companies.
We can now also handle bonuses, let you adjust valuation & price / share for equity, and are adding industry-specific roles (e.g., hardware eng).
You can also share a specific offer with someone via unique link too! Finally… users can see contextual compensation across all levels, for a given job family.

Huge congrats on the v3 launch! The improvements to early-stage accuracy and equity modeling sound incredibly valuable — especially the ability to adjust valuation and price/share. Those finer-grained controls are exactly what people need to really understand startup offers.
The ability to generate a shareable link is also a smart addition — makes it so much easier for candidates (or hiring managers) to discuss offers transparently.
