A small fintech receives a commercial proposal from a BaaS provider or payment processor. The pricing looks reasonable — but they have absolutely no way to benchmark it. Is R$0.15 per Pix transaction a good deal? What about R$2,500/month for SCR access? There's no Glassdoor for infrastructure pricing. No public benchmarks. No transparency. And that information asymmetry has created a market where some companies charge 5-10x what others charge for the exact same service. So we built this tool. Upload any commercial proposal for financial infrastructure (BaaS, OFaaS, payment processing, credit, etc.) as a PDF. Our AI extracts every line item and compares it against our database of 150+ products and 660+ data points from real market proposals. You get a clear, color-coded report: - 🟢 Green: fair market price - 🟡 Yellow: above average — you might be able to negotiate - 🔴 Red: you're significantly overpaying Important details: - No login required. We only ask for an email if you want to download the PDF report. - The data comes ~70% from proposals shared externally by partners and ~30% from historical sources. We do NOT include Cumbuca's own proposals in the comparison dataset. - But if you upload a Cumbuca proposal? It gets analyzed like any other. We believe transparency is more important than protecting ourselves. This tool exists because we think everyone deserves a fair price.
