Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Pavan, Director of Engineering @Amplitude . I’ve spent the past 9 years at Amplitude helping teams understand their users better. Our newest step in that mission is AI Feedback.
AI Feedback brings together what users do (quantitative analytics) and what they say (qualitative feedback), so teams can finally understand why users behave the way they do. It analyzes feedback from public sources like app reviews, Reddit, and X, as well as private channels like Zendesk and Gong, giving product teams a unified, 360° view of their customers.
After acquiring Kraftful, we integrated their technology and launched in just four months. It’s been amazing working alongside Yana, Renat, Spencer, Shauna, Raymond, Shawn, Ryan and Taylor to bring this to life, a true cross-team effort that shows what’s possible when product, engineering, and AI come together with focus and purpose. So proud of what we’ve built and even more excited for what’s ahead. 💪
