I made a High Intensity Interval Training webapp for myself (no experience). Then saw something related to "7 minutes in Heaven", which this workout is DEFINITELY NOT! Thus, "7 Minutes in Hell" was born. For how brutal the workout can be, it's a fitting name I think. It takes random body exercises 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off for about 7 minutes total. Take if for a spin. Let me know what you think.

For a guy with a workout profile picture, I haven't hit the gym in years! Hopefully, this will be the trigger to get me back on track.
Congrats on this. I like the idea of it going to the website with a simple start button and the sponsor the page idea. Best of luck!
Congrats on the launch 🎉! Your passion and talent have produced something extraordinary. I’m excited to use it and watch it soar to new heights! 🚀✨ @david_getchel
Loving the catchy name and the intense workout concept, David! Upvoted! The random body exercises for 45 seconds with 15-second breaks make it both challenging and exciting. Are there any plans to integrate wearable tech for tracking performance and progress? It would be awesome to see real-time stats while working out.
Love the idea of a 7-minute killer workout! How did you decide on the 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off format? Have you experimented with other intervals to see what works best for different fitness levels? @david_getchel
Awesome concept, David! Love the straightforward approach to HIIT. Tried it out and it's definitely a killer workout. Keep pushing those limits! 🏋️‍♂️
Design looks great! Will test it out and let you know how it feels. GL with the PH launch!
Hi @david_getchel Your innovative approach to High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is commendable. The concept of "7 Minutes in Hell" cleverly captures the intensity and challenge inherent in such workouts, while also providing a humorous contrast to the more lighthearted notion of "7 Minutes in Heaven." Creating a web application for personal use, especially without prior experience, demonstrates both initiative and resourcefulness. The structure of your workout—45 seconds of exertion followed by 15 seconds of rest—strikes an effective balance between intensity and recovery, making it accessible yet challenging for participants. I look forward to exploring this unique workout regimen and will certainly share my feedback upon trying it. Thank you for contributing such an engaging tool to the fitness community.
Nice concept! And a very catchy name indeed, with a potential to go viral. Hoping it does! All the best! 🚀
"7 Minutes in Hell" – love the name! I tried it this morning, and it really kicked my butt in the best way possible. Do you have any recommendations for cool-down routines after such an intense session? Would love to hear more about what inspired you to create this. @david_getchel
