I built this after talking to school admins who were paying Yondr year after year and still watching students beat the pouches with a magnet they bought online for ten dollars. The fix was simple: use a mechanical lock instead of magnetic, sell it as a one-time purchase, and add an optional signal-blocking layer for schools that need full isolation. Happy to answer questions from teachers, school admins, or event organizers. If you run a phone-free environment and the current solutions are not working, I would love to hear what is failing.
