Wallux started as a personal project, I just wanted live wallpapers on my Mac without killing my battery unlike many other existing wallpaper apps. I shared it with a few friends, they liked it, and eventually I put it out for the world. Turns out a lot of Mac users wanted the same thing. I'm still very hands-on with it.
