Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm super excited to share uvte-3d today.
I love the aesthetic of 3D wireframe animations (especially for modern "AI thinking" UI states), but I hated having to bundle massive WebGL frameworks like Three.js into my React apps just to render a spinning globe or a mobius strip.
So, I built uvte-3d. It says "f*ck WebGL" and bypasses the entirely.
Instead, it calculates 3D coordinates using raw trigonometry and orthographically projects them directly onto a standard 2D . Because there is zero WebGL context overhead, it's incredibly lightweight, completely reactive, and runs effortlessly at 60fps.
There's an interactive Playground on the site where you can tweak the math, shapes, and colors live in the browser.
