I built Trova because of one specific moment: getting home at 7pm, opening a full fridge, and having no idea what to actually make with it. I would end up ordering takeaway while perfectly good food went off in the drawer.
So Trova starts from your pantry, not from a recipe feed. You tell it what you have, and it shows you what you can cook right now, prioritising ingredients that are about to expire. A few things I am proud of:
- "What can I cook?" matches your actual ingredients to real recipes in one tap
- Import any recipe from a website, TikTok, Instagram, or even a photo of a card
- Plan your week from your pantry, with a shopping list for only the gaps
- Optional nutrition tracking that syncs to Apple Health
