I haven't gotten an official diagnosis yet — but I'm pretty confident I have Alpha-gal Syndrome. I figured it out through AI, not a doctor. I described my symptoms, the timing of reactions, what I'd eaten — and the AI connected the dots before any physician did.

I use Claude for the AI reasoning because it handles nuance — knowing that "natural flavors" in a savory product warrants a flag, not a pass.
