I spent months looking for the perfect job. The perfect company, the perfect salary, the perfect tech stack, the perfect remote policy. They fail because they apply to too few. That’s one of the reasons I built Tenshoku Pad. Not to magically find jobs. Not to eliminate rejection. Just to help people stay consistent, track their applications, and keep moving forward instead of getting stuck searching for the perfect position. Because job offers come from interviews. And interviews come from applications.
