Pauses Netflix & Prime Video the second you switch away — another app, tab, desktop/Space, or a locked screen — and resumes when you're back. The catch most auto-pausers miss: it only resumes a pause it made itself. Pause on purpose and it stays paused. No tracking, no analytics, no servers. Open source.
I kept tabbing away from a show to reply to a message, then turning back to find I'd missed the whole scene. Rewinding every time got old fast.
So I built the thing I wanted: switch away, it pauses. Come back, it resumes. That's it.
The part that took the most fiddling was making sure it never fights you — if you pause on purpose, it leaves it alone. It also ignores the little
autoplay preview clips and only touches what you're actually watching.
