To ease my usage limit anxiety on Codex, I built a service that watches X, then texts you when a reset is announced and again when it's available. The goal is to burn remaining usage before it resets.
How to get alerts (both are free):

I also built a few pages to gather deeper data on resets - full history, on-time percentage, and more.
The Reset Almanac: logs every announcement. Codex has reset about 2.4 times a week since July, and 25 of 33 resets with an ETA arrived on time.
The 28-Day Challenge Calendar Tracker: OpenAI's ongoing reset challenge - currently, we're on day 23 of 28 of the challenge, with 11 resets and 24 improvements so far.
