Hi Product Hunt!
I built RefundHalt because most app refunds just get granted. Apple and Google (beginning August 3, 2026) both let developers submit evidence to contest a refund request, but almost nobody does it. To do it yourself, you would need a server listening for store notifications, code to match each request to the buyer, and a pipeline that builds and submits the evidence for every single case. Most developers understandably never build that, so the refund goes through and the money is gone.
RefundHalt is that pipeline, already built. The Setup takes just 2 pastes in your store console, no SDK required. From then on it matches every refund request to the buyer, pulls their data, builds the evidence, and contests the case with the store. You see every case and outcome in one dashboard.
This is about to matter a lot more on Android. Starting August 3, Google Play will pass chargeback costs to developers: you lose the sale plus the bank's chargeback fee. Google will fight a chargeback for you, but only if you hand them evidence through their review process. RefundHalt answers those reviews automatically.
