Top comment

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Quik Share because moving a file from my phone to my computer shouldn't require an account, an app, or uploading the file to someone else's cloud. So I built a simple alternative: open it on two devices, scan a QR code, and share. Under the hood, Quik Share uses WebRTC for direct peer-to-peer transfers when possible, with an encrypted relay fallback when a direct connection isn't available. It also supports notes, clipboard screenshots, camera and screen sharing. 🔐 No account 📦 No cloud storage 🌐 Works in the browser 🧑‍💻 Open source 🐳 Self-hostable I'd really love feedback on the UX, security model, and the features you'd actually use. Try it: https://quikshare.qd.je Thanks for checking it out! ❤️
