You enter your salary, your actual hours, and your vacation weeks — and it gives you your real hourly rate, not just the standard 2,080-hour estimate. Since launching, I've added a reverse mode (hourly → salary), 20+ specific salary-conversion cards for common amounts, and three supporting guides on freelancer rates, salary vs. hourly pay, and annual working hours.
