Too many features Too many notifications Too much mental load So we asked a simple question: what if a project management tool actually helped you think clearly? Otilus is our answer. It’s a new take on Kanban, designed to reduce cognitive load and make work instantly understandable. Instead of endless task lists, Otilus focuses on projects. Because that’s how real work actually happens. We built it around a few key ideas: you should see your priorities instantly you shouldn’t need training to use a tool your brain should feel lighter, not more cluttered Some things we do differently: Cards are projects, not tasks Built-in prioritization (urgent vs important) A personal view of all your tasks across projects Automations (we call them scenarios) A Gantt view generated automatically from your workflow Also, Otilus is built in France, hosted in Europe, and fully GDPR-first.
