I built this because I kept walking out of dispensaries with strains that didn't do what the label promised, and every "strain finder" app I tried felt like a glorified keyword search. So NextWake asks how you want to feel instead of what strain you think you want, and recommends from a curated database of around 295 strains using actual terpene and cannabinoid data behind each pick, not just "indica vs sativa."
The part I cared about most: the AI runs entirely on your phone. There's no account, no server call for the recommendation itself, and nothing about your questions or history gets sent anywhere. For a category this personal, that felt like it had to be a foundation, not an afterthought.
It's gated by age (21+) and location, since it's only meant for the 23 US states where this is legal. Free two week trial, then $4.99/month.
