Hi PH 👋 I'm the solo dev. NetDiag+ started as "ping/traceroute on iOS without entitlements" and grew into 25 tools. v1.4 adds the stuff I always wished my phone had: MTR with per-hop loss, Path MTU for VPN debugging, and a Site Reach tool that detects SNI-level blocking (TCP connects, TLS gets RST'd by DPI).
