I’m the creator of Lot Vulture, and I built it to solve a frustrating and expensive problem in parking management.
If you've ever looked into monitoring a parking lot, the existing solutions are painful:
1. In-Ground Magnetic Sensors: Cost $200–$500 per spot, require drilling into asphalt, run on batteries that die, and frequently get ripped up by snowplows and resurfacing crews.
