Hi Product Hunt! I’m Thang, the maker of LockLeaf. I built LockLeaf because most app blockers felt too punishing. I would block distracting apps, get frustrated, then remove the blocker. So I wanted to build a softer loop: keep the apps you like, but make opening them intentional. LockLeaf adds a quiz gate before distracting apps. Instead of scrolling automatically, you answer a quick quiz or review flashcards first. The goal is to turn screen time into something you earn through learning, not something the feed takes from you. I’d love feedback from students, builders, creators, and anyone trying to spend less time doomscrolling.
