Lantern : Light the way from intention to action
I built Lantern because I personally struggled with one of the most frustrating parts of productivity: getting started.
It wasn’t always that I didn’t want to do something. Often, I genuinely wanted to do it ,I just had no idea where exactly to start. A big goal would sit on my to-do list, get postponed, and eventually disappear under everything else.
Most task managers are great at telling you what you need to do. Lantern is built around a different question:
"What can I actually do next?”
You give Lantern an intention in your own words, and AI helps turn it into a small, actionable next step. If that step still feels overwhelming, you can ask Lantern to make it smaller until it feels easy enough to start.
Lantern also understands that not every intention needs to be done right now.

I built Lantern from a problem I personally experienced, and I’m hoping to make productivity feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more actionable.
