I built Drawliner because I kept running into the same problem — I needed to do a quick PDF takeoff but didn't have Bluebeam installed on the machine I was using, or didn't want to pay $349/year for occasional jobs.
So I built a browser-based alternative. Here's what it does:

Everything runs in the browser. No account required to get started.
The honest limitations right now: no real-time collaboration yet, projects save locally (no cloud sync). Those are coming.
