Solo indie dev here. While building my own roguelike, I hit the wall every small game dev knows too well: art. A single character needs walk, run, attack, death... dozens of frames each. Outsourcing was too expensive, and drawing them myself was eating the time I needed for actual game design.
So I built FrameSprite:

🏃 Turn one character image into sprite animations — 14 action presets, or batch-generate a full action pack. A vision model anchors your character's exact look into every frame, and first/last-frame locking keeps loops seamless
✂️ Everything after generation is free: auto chroma-key, slicing and pixel-perfect conversion run in your browser, exporting transparent PNG sequences, sprite sheets and GIFs that drop straight into Unity, Godot or Cocos
The boss monster in my own game — a skeleton dragon with 61-frame flight and attack cycles — was made entirely with this workflow, in about ten minutes.
