Fondaro
The operating system for selling Spanish property abroad

Hey Product Hunt,
Jonathan here, one half of Fondaro along with Alexander. We're two Swedes who
spent 15+ years in sales and have lived in Spain for years.
Fondaro did not start as software. It started as a lead-generation service for
Spanish estate agencies. We built the consumer brand, made the ad creative,
wrote the copy, and sold buyer leads at a fair price. Simple deal: we bring the
buyers, you close them.
For months we heard the same sentence back. "These leads suck." We assumed a few
outliers. It was not. We had close to 100% churn.
So we went and asked what agencies were actually doing with the leads. Many were
not calling them at all. Others called once, days late, then stopped. We asked
which CRM and which VOIP they used and got a blank look. We asked to see their
sales scripts and got laughed at.
It took us far too long to accept the real conclusion: we were the outliers. The
Spanish market is piping hot. Put a reasonably priced listing on Idealista in
English and it sells in a week. That works beautifully right up until it doesn't,
and it leaves you in a feast-or-famine cycle where the only thing driving the
business is inventory and market demand.
We wanted proof before we blamed anyone. One Marbella agency had bought 200 leads
from us, called them worthless, and churned. We asked to work the list ourselves.
45 days later they sold a 500,000 EUR property to one of those leads. Six months
later that same list had produced 1.5 million EUR in sales.
The leads were never the problem. The way of working was.
Our first fix was the obvious one: teach our clients. Show them what a CRM is,
what VOIP is, why follow-up matters. That failed too, and it failed for a reason
worth internalizing. Every new system we introduced landed as a chore. Nobody
adopts a chore when the market is still handing them inbound.
That is the moment the product changed shape. We stopped trying to change
behavior with training and started trying to change it with defaults. If calling
100 leads should take an hour instead of a week, build the dialer into the CRM.
If follow-up slips, put the task in front of the rep. If nobody writes the email,
have the AI draft it and let the human approve it.
So Fondaro is now the whole path from demand to deal:
- Buyer leads delivered into your pipeline against a budget you cap, already
routed to the right agent by language and already contacted
- A browser softphone and power dialer, with every call recorded, transcribed
and reviewed into sentiment, objections and next steps
- Ask Fondaro, an AI assistant that reads your real pipeline and turns every
write into a proposal you approve. It drafts the email, you still hit send
- Five Spanish property sources in one search, and any selection becomes a
branded shareable brochure
- Dashboard in ten languages for your team, any language for your buyers
- Metered pricing with hard caps. No per-seat tax for hiring
The hardest design call was the AI boundary. It would have been easy to let it
send emails and update records on its own. We deliberately did not. In this
business one wrong sentence to a buyer costs a commission, so every AI write is
an editable proposal that waits for a human. Slower on paper, and the only
version anyone actually trusted enough to turn on.
We are not trying to convert the whole market. Fondaro is for the minority of
agencies that already sense that leaning on a hot market is not a strategy.
Would genuinely love your feedback, especially from anyone who has tried to
change how a sales team works and hit the same wall we did. Alexander and I are
here all day.

Who hunted Fondaro?
Fondaro was hunted by Jonathan Säther. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
