Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Elaan after wiring notifications into a multi-tenant product for the third time. The part that always broke was branding. If you build for businesses, every notification should look like it came from your customer, not from you. That usually means either maintaining hundreds of templates or building your own rendering layer. After building that layer three times, I decided to turn it into a product. Elaan gives you one API for three channels: in-app inbox, email, and push. Fire a single event when something happens, and Elaan will: Figure out which channels each recipient has opted into Render the notification using that tenant's branding and the recipient's attributes Deliver it across all enabled channels If one channel fails, the others still go through. There are two things I care about more than feature count: ⚡ Real-time by default The in-app inbox streams over a single SSE connection, so browsers never have to poll. Live delivery sits on top of a persistent inbox, so if someone reconnects, nothing is lost. 🏠 Yours to run The exact same image powers both the hosted product and on-prem deployments. Run docker compose up, and the entire stack runs on your infrastructure. Configuration flags choose the deployment profile—there's no separate fork to maintain. There are SDKs for React, Vue, Svelte, and React Native, plus an MCP server if you want AI assistants to interact with your notification system. The free tier includes 1,000 active contacts per month with unlimited notifications. Pricing is based on your audience—not the number of messages—because charging per notification punishes you for building products people actually use. I'd love your feedback, especially on: The multi-tenant branding model Anything in the docs that feels harder than it should I'll be here all day to answer questions. Thanks for checking out Elaan! 🙌
