Our coffee break app for Slack ensures a positive and good company culture in remote and hybrid teams and strengthens employee loyalty, true to our motto: "Turn isolated remote workers into deeply connected crews". 🤝 But what exactly is Crewting and how did we come up with the idea? 🤔 All of our founding team worked in hybrid or remote companies before starting Crewting. We're pretty big fans of these work models because they offer a lot of freedom and flexibility. But over time, we realized that it was very difficult to keep the culture alive, create good communication, and integrate new employees into the sense of togetherness. The result? Poor employee retention and low company identification, which is a big risk in the war of talent. 😦 We wanted to change that! That's why in 2022 we launched Crewting, our people & culture platform for German-speaking countries. An all-in-one platform that combines modules for employee networking and feedback processes. 🤗 Then last year, we decided to improve the culture of all remote teams around the world. That's why we built our coffee break app for Slack. And one thing was especially important to us. Bringing people together is one thing. But what bothered us about many solutions was that the functionality stopped after the matching.
