Hey Product Hunt, I'm Luke, solo maker of Client Octopus. I started this after looking at the existing CRM/client-workflow tools out there, HoneyBook, Dubsado, Moxie, and the like, and realizing none of them were built for where a huge chunk of their actual audience already lives: WordPress. Freelancers, agency owners, and small business operators are already running their site on WordPress, yet the tool for managing leads, proposals, invoices, and clients is always a separate platform with its own login and its own bill. So Client Octopus lives inside the WordPress site you already run instead of asking you to adopt another one. The feature I'm proudest of right now is Package Selector proposals. Clients pick a pricing tier, toggle optional add-ons, and watch the total update live before they sign. That one exists because a prospective user described exactly this workflow from a tool they were switching off of, and it turned out to be worth building. The free tier is genuinely usable, not a crippled trial. Leads, proposals, and invoicing all work without paying anything.
