Hi everyone! I'm a solo developer, and ChatPlikacia started because I felt many dating apps prioritize photos and subscriptions over genuine interaction. I wanted to experiment with a different approach where conversations come first. The feature I'm most excited about is Daily Rooms. Every day, four strangers are placed into an anonymous chat. Names are hidden, profile photos are blurred, and as people participate in the conversation, identities gradually become visible. Before the room ends, everyone can send one Final Like, and mutual likes become matches. I also chose not to lock basic features like unlimited swiping or seeing who liked you behind a paywall.
