Cara is a social media and portfolio platform for artists. With the widespread use of generative AI, we decided to build a place that filters out generative AI images so that people who want to find authentic creatives and artwork can do so easily.
First found out about the rapid growth of the Cara app from a Wired article about the Jingna Zhang an Artist and Founder of the app. Below are some quotes from the article that detail the reason Zhang created the app and the rapid growth it has experienced so far
