While it's true that Canada's tech industry builds world-class software, we've always shipped it on American infrastructure. Or sold it to them the next morning.
Most of the time, nobody thinks about it. Until your client in healthcare or government asks where their data sleeps at night. The CLOUD Act means "Canadian data residency" is a legal fiction.
The reality is that there's simply no other option.
We looked for a Canadian deployment platform with a modern developer experience. Git push deploys, managed databases, automatic TLS, preview URLs. The stuff Vercel and Railway made standard.
It didn't exist. So we built it.
