CallPal

Outbound calling for CRMs that never shipped a dialer

The outbound calling layer for CRM teams. Click-to-call, power dialing, live monitoring and searchable recordings — with every call logged back to the CRM record it came from. It connects natively to the CRMs the big dialers skip: Attio, Close, Capsule, Copper, Insightly, Nimble, ActiveCampaign and Less Annoying CRM. And it's bring-your-own-carrier: connect your own SIP trunk, so we never resell or mark up a minute and your numbers stay yours. Outbound only — no IVR, no predictive dialing.

We kept meeting sales teams running a CRM the big dialers had never heard of — Attio, Capsule, Copper, Insightly, Less Annoying CRM — and doing outbound out of a spreadsheet and a mobile phone because nothing connected to it. So we've built CallPal. Contacts sync from the CRM, reps click to call or power-dial a shared list, and the call goes back onto the record it came from with its duration, outcome and recording. Managers can listen, whisper or barge into a live call. The part we're most opinionated about: it's bring-your-own-carrier. You connect your own SIP trunk, we never touch the billing, and your numbers stay yours when you leave. Most platforms make the minutes a revenue line — at 20,000 minutes a month that's real money, and it's the half of the bill nobody models before signing. Two things it deliberately doesn't do. No inbound — no IVR, no queues. And no predictive dialing: one call per rep, with the rep on the line before it rings, so nobody answers to silence. Predictive means owning an abandoned-call rate, and we'd rather not make that promise for someone else. Every screenshot here is the real product on demo data, not a mockup. If you do outbound: what's the CRM you gave up on getting a dialer for?
