I'm super excited to do my 1st launch on PH!
Brainfish originated from my experiences as a support agent for tech companies managing highly sophisticated products. During the rest of my career as a Product Manager, I recognized that the information gap persistently grows rather than converges as product teams create new features. This requires customers to recall an increasing volume of information to optimize the use of the products they paid for.
With this in mind, our aim is to revolutionize the way customers use and experience the products they invest in.
So, today we're launching Brainfish - the first customer facing help desk platform that can answer any customer question instantly, using AI (and in any language!).
Brainfish uses AI to aggregate, understand, and answer questions about your business's help articles. It's just the tip of the iceberg for our long term vision.
