We built BizDraft because we wanted to make life easier for people who are stuck struggling with paperwork like small business owners and freelancers who don't have a lawyer on call.
Here's the core of what we're doing: we don't provide generic templates that you then have to fine-tune with a lawyer. Instead, we generate a document tailored precisely to your specific business, and we do it quickly, taking state laws into account, so you don't have to deal with the legal details yourself. In about 90 seconds, you have a document that's entirely yours - free, fully editable, in whatever format you need.
What it does, all in plain English:
