Bilin
Map-first and private. Share life with people you choose.
Bilin is an iOS app for sharing real places with people you choose. The map comes first: check in, add a photo, and friends see the moment where it happened—not in an endless feed. You decide how precise your location is. A profile gathers the cities you've been. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, with photos, disappearing messages, and small group chats.

Who hunted Bilin?
Bilin was hunted by AGITime. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Why we built Bilin?
Sharing a place turned into a performance. Feeds reward the polished post, then bury it. We wanted the opposite: a private map where a check-in, a photo, and a short note stay with the people you actually choose. Distant friends can still feel close — that is what Bilin means — without a public square, a follower count, or an endless scroll. Location stays under your control, and chat is end-to-end encrypted, because a private circle only works if the product treats it that way.
