At the same time, I observed another major gap in the market. Many "healthy" products were either loaded with hidden sugars and additives or were too expensive for everyday families. Nutrition had become a luxury when it should be accessible to everyone. That inspired me to build Zuno Foods. Our mission is to transform scientifically validated nutrition into delicious, convenient, and affordable everyday foods. We develop millet-based products—including smoothie mixes, porridges, protein bars, muesli, and healthy snacks—that combine traditional ingredients with modern food science. Every product is designed to deliver real nutritional value without compromising on taste or convenience. But Zuno Foods is about more than launching another food brand. Our vision is to improve public health by making preventive nutrition simple, scalable, and accessible. We want our innovations to reach not only retail consumers but also schools, community nutrition programs, women, children, and underserved populations where better nutrition can create lifelong impact. For me, Zuno Foods is the bridge between laboratory research and real-world health outcomes. It is my way of ensuring that years of scientific research translate into products that people actually eat, enjoy, and benefit from every single day.
