I'm Zishu, the solo developer behind ZShoot — and I'm thrilled to share it with this community today.
🎯 What is ZShoot?
ZShoot is a minimalist arcade shooter for Android where precision and reflexes are everything. Boxes stream in from the right, and you destroy them before they escape. Miss one, lose a heart. Destroy many, build combos. Survive long enough, and the game gets brutally harder.
Simple to learn. Hard to master. Endless to enjoy.
💡 Why I Built It
I wanted to build something that captures that classic arcade feeling — quick sessions, tight controls, and a score you want to beat. Most mobile shooters today are bloated with ads, timers, and paywalls. I wanted the opposite:
· No ads
· No pay-to-win
· No login
· Works fully offline
Just you, your reflexes, and the score.
🔥 What Makes ZShoot Different
· 10 unique guns — Pistol, Sniper, Gatling, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, and more
· 10 hand-picked backgrounds — Desert, Space, Forest, Lava, Night, and others
· Adaptive difficulty — the game learns your pace and pushes you harder
· Special power-ups — a Power Box that clears the screen, and a Freeze Box that buys you time
· Coin economy — every box you destroy earns coins you can spend on new loadouts
· Real-time audio + visual feedback — screen shake, particle explosions, combo popups
· Fully customizable settings — toggle individual sounds, disable screen shake

· Zero external dependencies — no libraries, no frameworks, no bloat
